New Hampshire Resource Conservation Corps

New Hampshire Resource Conservation Corps

The New Hampshire Resource Conservation Corps (NHRCC) is an AmeriCorps program where Members serve 900- or 1700-hour, year-long terms at Host Sites throughout New Hampshire. In exchange for a year of service, Members receive a living stipend and education award. They work on natural resource projects and issues including:

  • Natural resource inventories
  • Volunteer water quality monitoring
  • Wildlife and habitat improvement
  • Trails design, building, and maintenance
  • Natural resource adult and student education
  • Natural resource community planning
  • Land conservation
  • Agricultural planning, promotion, training, and support
  • …and more
